Hi, I’m Taylor, I am a former NFL Cheerleader and a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Weight Loss and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I also have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness which is where my passion all began, changing women’s health and preventing illness.
Over the last decade I’ve helped hundreds of women gain confidence by losing fat, balancing their hormones, and falling in love with themselves again.

I learned how to balance hormones by going through my own journey of balancing my hormones and being misdiagnosed over and over again by doctors.

I researched and experimented with my own body and continuously did this until I figured it out.

1) Do I have to workout during the program?
You do not to get the results, however I highly recommend it to get blood flowing and increase your energy! You want to get stagnant energy flowing, whether that be walking, yoga, dancing, resistance training, or other forms of exercise you love.
2) Do I get to eat carbs?
Absolutely! In fact, the main reason why women fail on programs is because it’s too restrictive. I practice intuitive eating and teach it in this course. Goodbye calorie counting.
3) Do I ever get to have a treat meal?
Definitely. I believe in balance and you’ll be able to have treat meals but you’ll also understand why some are better than others and what to do after a treat so you don’t gain any fat!
4) Nothing has ever worked for me, why is this any different?
Because no one has ever addressed your hormones and self-love first. They’ve gone straight to workouts and nutrition which is backwards. Trust me on this. Heal your hormones and instill massive self-love and the fat falls off effortlessly and is sustainable.
5) If I want to invite friends to join, do I get an incentive?
Absolutely! For every person you refer you will receive $50. Meaning: If you refer 3 friends and they join you get this program for free or a check for that amount in the future #winning
6) How much weight can I expect to lose?
This will vary from person to person but with the detox program alone that’s included women have lost 5-10 pounds. And additional body fat as the program continued.
7) I’m a little shy, do I have to interact with everyone in the group?
You definitely do not if you do not feel comfortable. I have had women go through the program and receive amazing results but have never posted or replied to videos, and that is completely OK! You don’t have to do anything you do not want to do, though this would be a great time to learn how to get out of your comfort zone:)
